Sophia is the Legal Director of QX Trust Co. Ltd and is one of the members in QX Group's Governance, Risk and Compliance Advisory Panel. She holds a bachelor degree with honors in law from University of London, United Kingdom and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
She has years of experience in legal practice, corporate advisory and structuring. She consults high profile clients in complex corporate and tax structuring, wealth management and succession planning.
Sophia was formerly attached to the Labuan IBFC Incorporated Sdn Bhd (LIBFC Inc.), the official promotion and marketing agency for Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).

Josephine is the Marketing and Strategic Communications Director of QX Trust Co. Ltd and an executive member in QX Group.
Built on a perfect mix of experience, expertise and professionalism, Josephine possesses experience working with the marketing arm of the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre for 5 years, with a significant role in marketing and stakeholders management in promoting the jurisdiction as Asia’s midshore jurisdiction.
Josephine has grown to become the trusted partner to many industry players locally and globally and best known in assisting clients in complex corporate and private wealth structuring.
Jacy Lau
Group Managing Director & Senior Consultant
Jacy is the Group Managing Director of QX Group. She is the founder and holds several directorships and senior positions in QX Group's member companies. She is the head of QX Group's Governance, Risk and Compliance Advisory Panel, as well as a council member of QX Group Branding Advisory Panel.
She holds various important portfolios and possesses vast experience in corporate law, governance, risk, compliance, investor solutions, secretarial, asset protection, wealth management and succession planning.
She is also an approved Trust Officer under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010.
Jacy also holds a bachelor degree with honors from University of Malaya, Malaysia and has practiced corporate law for over 15 years with several prominent firms and service providers in Malaysia.
Fiona Sukarni Friderlin
Chief Operating Officer
Fiona is the Chief Operating Officer of QX Trust Co. Ltd, holds a bachelor degree with honors in Office Systems Managements from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Malaysia.
She has over 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance and business development.
She is one of the members in the Policies and Procedures Advisory Panel.
She has previously held various senior positions in other trust establishments within the Labuan International Financial industry.
